University of South WalesWith over 30,000 students The University of South Wales is the largest university in Wales and the UK.
It has four main campuses situated at:

Albion Workplace Solutions has a term contract to undertake all office design and fit out work within these campuses across South Wales and this includes internal design and fit out such as:
- partitioning
- ceilings
- dry linings
- doors
- flooring
- seating
- desks
Albion Workplace Solutions has a long term maintenance contyract with the University and recently carried out an unusual maintenance task in the Atrium on their Cardiff campus.
A leak in the ceiling was causing particular problems to the staff and students – however the leak was on a ceiling that was over 10 metres high.
To undertake the repairs Albion Workplace Solutions had to use specialist access machinery to reach the offending ceiling which had to be positioned in the centre of the Atrium.
