Albion Workplace Solutions has completed a substantial project on behalf of Coleg Gwent Usk refurbishing a building which is currently used as offfices and classrooms to make them more energy efficient.
This included:
- Replacing 110 hardwood sash windows with new energy efficient PVC windows
- Repairing and decorating all soffits and fascias
- Insulating the loft
- Clean and decorate the whole exterior of building
- Install new wall ties into existing walls as previous wall ties had deteriorated as the building is over 100 years old
The project was completed on time and on budget.
