Albion won the tender to carry out classroom refurbishments and Library refurbishment to the Universities Glyntaff Campus.
Works included:
- Demolition works
- New suspended ceilings
- New electrical works including new lighting throughout
- New flooring throughout using Polyflor vinyl and Desso carpet tiles
- Decoration including feature walls and decoration to atrium at high level
- Installation of floor boxes
- New skirtings and doorsets
Works have been completed over the summer shutdown and completed on time ready for the new academic year.
