Albion were employed by client to install a 80m x 20m mezzanine floor in one of their warehouses. 

Albion designed and installed the floor with the client to suit their requirements. 

The install was carried out over a 3 week period.

Albion were employed by RCT Council to refurbish a 4 floor storey office block, to house 280 council staff that were moving to accommodate a new restructure. 

 Albion working alongside our sub contractors Advanced Electrical and Mechanical carried out a full electrical fit out including new lighting, power and data to each floor and a full mechanical fit out that included all new sanitary ware, 4 sets of Male, Female, disabled toilets and new kitchens to each floor and new air conditioning units.

Primary School refurbishment in RCT Albion were employed by the Rhondda Cynon Taf County Council, to refurbish the current children’s toilets and create a new disabled toilet. The works were carried out to bring the school facilities up to modern standard.

Albion over the past 6 months have been employed by Hydro to bring their new plant and offices at Bedwas up to date with refurbishments of their reception, creation of a new display area and PPE office, new canteen area and male and female toilets and locker rooms.

Albion were employed by the engineering client to create offices, toilets and kitchen/canteen for their new sales office and warehouse in Newport.

The client had recently moved into a new warehouse and needed to make a quarter of the warehouse a usable office space for staff. 

Albion were employed by Gower View Foods to install a new mezzanine floor in their stores area to help them store more of their products due to their expansion. Albion surveyed the factory and designed a mezzanine floor to suit.

Office Refurbishment – best practice guidelines

Albion was employed by RCT Council to refurbish the existing ground floor level at Porth Plaza and turn it into a modern library that included offices for meetings, disabled access changing facilities, computer suite and toilets. 

Albion were employed by Rhondda Cynon Taf County Council to refurbish a disused nursery in Llantrisant into a new office area for the Staying Well at Work Department which is aimed at supporting local businesses.
The Staying Well@Work programme aims to support the health and well being of staff within small and medium sized businesses in Rhondda Cynon Taf.
