Albion are pleased to announce the successful handover of our latest project at Dare Community Sports Hall, completed for Rhondda Cynon Taf County Borough Council.
The refurbishment and reconfiguration works were carried out over a 4-month period and have transformed the facility into a modern, functional space ready to support the local community, schools, and clubs.
The works included:
• Strip out of existing services
• Drainage works
• Creation of new changing rooms complete with new cubicles, IPS panels, and sanitaryware
• Creation of 2 new multi-purpose classrooms
• New kitchen and servery area
• New DDA-compliant toilet facilities
• New suspended ceilings
• Vinyl flooring throughout
• Installation of fire-rated door sets
• New aluminium windows
