Albion was employed by RCT Council to refurbish the existing ground floor level at Porth Plaza and turn it into a modern library that included offices for meetings, disabled access changing facilities, computer suite and toilets.
Albion working alongside our sub contractors KS Barry and Lloyd Electrical installed a new radiant heating panel system from Solway that is both functional and is designed to be pleasing to the eye. Also installed was an all new 
Dextra feature lighting layout.
Other works included:
- Strip out and demolition
- Colourful decoration
- Glazed partitioning and manifestation
- New doors and carpentry
- New vinyl flooring
- New male, female, staff, disabled access toilets
- New disabled access changing facility
Work continues on site as Albion are carrying out office and toilet refurbishments to the 2nd and 3rd floors.
