USW Atrium Albion were employed as the main contractor to refurbish the old student union at the Universities Atrium Campus in the centre of Cardiff.
The brief was to strip out the old student union and create a new office / Startup Stiwdio area for university graduates to start a new business from with the help of the University.
Works carried out:
- Strip out and demolition of existing building
- New partition systems including glazed partitioning
- New breakout areas
- New toilet and kitchen facilities
- Decorate internal and external of building
- New floor coverings
- New suspended ceilings
- Clad the new entrance with a wood finish (See before and After Pics)
- New doors
