Building works university of south walesThe University of South Wales – has once again renewed it’s term contract with Albion Workplace Solutions for a further 3 years which will see the company responsible for undertaking all partitioning, carpentry and suspended ceiling works.

USW Atrium Albion were employed as the main contractor to refurbish the old student union at the Universities Atrium Campus in the centre of Cardiff.
The brief was to strip out the old student union and create a new office / Startup Stiwdio area for university graduates to start a new business from with the help of the University.

Albion have undertaken and completed an office refurbishment of SPC’s headquarters in Westbury after carrying out works at their South Wales branch.
The clients existing offices were tired and dated and they employed Albion to carry out a full refurbishment to bring the offices up to date and make them more functional and use friendly for their staff.

Wallcolmonoy - Toilet Refurbishment Albion Workplace Solutions has completed a full toilet refurbishment for an injection moulding American company Wallcolmonoy in Pontardawe, Swansea.
The existing toilets and changing rooms were looking tired and the company wanted to provide better facilities for their staff.

Albion Workplace Solutions has carried out an extensive office refurbishment at Breast Test Wales over 3 floors.
The work were carried out to update the building in Cathedral Road and to create a more welcoming working space for their employees.
Tonypandy Library Refurbishment successfully completed
Tonypandy library Albion were employed by Rhondda Cynon Taf County Borough Council to strip out and refurbish the current library in Tonypandy.
The Library is to be used as a multi use centre for the local community and Albion have helped to bring the Library back to life.
