USW Newport Campus Redevelopment

The contract consisted of works over 3 floors at the campus:

Level 1 – Refurbishing a lecture theatre and installing new lecture theatre furniture

Level 2 – Stripping out the existing kitchen area and installing individual meeting rooms

Level 3 – Creating an open plan office and teapoint
