RCT Headoffice - Ty Elai Refurbishment

The job was the biggest that Albion had secured with the Council and was to be carried out over 4 phases and 6 months with various key deadlines to achieve.

 

Albion have created the following areas as part of the works:

6 Open plan offices

Various sized offices and meeting rooms

4 Breakout areas

10 Toilet areas

3 Large Meeting rooms

Creation of a First aid training room

5 Refurbished staircases

Over 100 new veneered door sets

10 External Aluminium doors

External Ramps for access

4 External enclosures for Mechanical Machinery

 

Works On site included:

  • Strip out and demolition of existing office layout
  • Install of new suspended ceilings throughout
  • Install of new door sets and carpentry
  • Install of new Burmatex carpets and vinyl flooring
  • Install of new partitioning
  • Decoration throughout
  • External building and roofing works
  • Full Mechanical and Electrical install

Works are now complete and we have had many plaudits from council staff.
