Sports Direct were vacating the premises and the unit required to be stripped and made good to allow the new tenant, Puregym to carry out their fit out.

Replacement of cladding panels
Jetwash of external
Strip out of internal mezzanine floors, partitioning and flooring
Decoration of external
Works were complete in 12 weeks.
