Albion were employed by the engineering client to create offices, toilets and kitchen/canteen for their new sales office and warehouse in Newport.
The client had recently moved into a new warehouse and needed to make a quarter of the warehouse a usable office space for staff.

Taff Street
Great to hand over Phase 1 of our Taff Street, Pontypridd Project this week in preparation for the Eisteddfod being held at Pontypridd Park at the start of August.
Porth Plaza Library Refurbishment
Albion was employed by RCT Council to refurbish the existing ground floor level at Porth Plaza and turn it into a modern library that included offices for meetings, disabled access changing facilities, computer suite and toilets.
Noja Power – Nelson
Albion were employed by a new customer to install a new office area into they new warehouse. The fit out was completed just before Christmas
Oldway house, Porth – Refurbished 4 storey office block
Albion were employed by RCT Council to refurbish a 4 floor storey office block, to house 280 council staff that were moving to accommodate a new restructure.
Albion working alongside our sub contractors Advanced Electrical and Mechanical carried out a full electrical fit out including new lighting, power and data to each floor and a full mechanical fit out that included all new sanitary ware, 4 sets of Male, Female, disabled toilets and new kitchens to each floor and new air conditioning units.

Bakery Ceilings – Llanelli
Albion were employed by a new customer to replace their existing Bakery production suspended ceiling with a new updated suspended ceilings.
Modern Office Refurbishment – 4th Floor Oldway House – Merthyr Tydfil
Albion recently undertook the above project for the building owner to turn the empty existing 4th floor of the building into 15 modern serviced offices for local businesses.

Albion were tasked by our client to transform a dilapidated industrial unit on their site that was used for tyre storage into a welcoming area for their drivers to use after long trips.
Albion stripped out all the existing services and installed the following:
Hydro Aluminium Extrusion Ltd – Bedwas Plant
Albion over the past 6 months have been employed by Hydro to bring their new plant and offices at Bedwas up to date with refurbishments of their reception, creation of a new display area and PPE office, new canteen area and male and female toilets and locker rooms.

Wallcolmonoy - Toilet Refurbishment Albion Workplace Solutions has completed a full toilet refurbishment for an injection moulding American company Wallcolmonoy in Pontardawe, Swansea.
The existing toilets and changing rooms were looking tired and the company wanted to provide better facilities for their staff.

Before Christmas we carried out an exciting project at a film studio in London!

Albion have undertaken and completed an office refurbishment of SPC’s headquarters in Westbury after carrying out works at their South Wales branch.
The clients existing offices were tired and dated and they employed Albion to carry out a full refurbishment to bring the offices up to date and make them more functional and use friendly for their staff.
